Presence and IntComm WG

Anyone who has sipc working,

  I downloaded the linux version of sipc.  After some futzing around
I got sipc to register with my local SER.  Signalling appears to work
as expected.  Ngrep shows that media is be exchanged as expected.

  Everything works except there's no sound.

  I haven't configured anything under preferences->media.  It reads
'ratmedia %{host}/%[localport}/%{port}'  Is that right or do I need to
fill in values?  If so, what should they be?
