I did check that global mcast is working ... One of the only SAP
streams that I can get right now is the "Mystic Penguins" stream at:

udp://@233.53.53.10:4484

On a side note they're using an invalid GLOP group. It's being
sourced from AS22742 and should be using 233.88.214.0

I'm looking at you, UConn!
