FWIW, we've been rate-limiting the SAP group to 1 mbit/s at our borders 
for about 5 years now.  We've been quite safe and warm from occasional 
rough weather :-)

If only there was a better way to protect from MSDP storms while still 
not blocking legitimate sources.
