I can't test the stream from here but I can look at the MSDP cache to
check reachability. I see two SAs for your group:

Group address   Source address  Peer address    Originator      Flags
233.29.151.4    130.59.4.119    149.20.65.193   130.59.31.254   Accept
233.29.151.4    203.178.143.213 149.20.65.193   203.178.136.29  Accept

Are either of these sources you?

Any chance of sending this over SSM?
