I would beware of the 3.2beta1 for Windows. There are 'issues'.
I would go with 3.1 stable. Also, use the bundled ezy installer (again 
for windows).
But then you have to install the h.264 capable video client separately 
(under Projects).

You can also just install the video client and audio client separately and
run from the command line. I don't have a quick link for you though. 
I'll see what i
can do.

Other complications: the DV stream requires an additional module, 
bundled in the
"bundle" version.

Sorry for making it sound so complicated (it is too complicated!).
