since many folks gave me feedback and didn't cc to the group, i thought 
i would just
summarize those.

looking good in alaska, puerto rico, scotland, michigan, wisconsin.
people seeing problems in northeastern, northwestern, and berkeley.
and people not getting anything: UW, RIT (:-).

also, our DVTuner server was down but is up again.
