I'm seeing some occasional video glitches/macroblocking.  I am seeing the
same glitches simultaneously on 2 different client computers, and VLC
doesn't say anything about lost frames or packets, so I'm thinking it's an
encoding problem, not a network problem.  It's not horrible, but definitely
a little noticeable.
