TA3, OSTN and other multicast streams, including Conn College on CEN,
look fine out here in Connecticut.

Our cable system feed (VF STB) and PC clients for OSTN are a little
choppy up here at MTU. (but this is also on the Merit network) Getting

a little packet loss on Conn College and TA3 too so there may be a
common bottleneck. All three were good sources in the recent past.
