Interestingly, we didn't see this traffic here at NU at all last night.
Something like that would stand out very quickly in our flow graphs.

On another note, we found out that the 2 hosts that we have behind
firewalls that were listening to SAPs were doing so because of a component
of the Helix streaming server. Newer versions of Helix allow you to turn
off the SAP listener easily through the web management. Older versions
require some direct manipulation of the config file. So if you're trying
to track down people who are still running SAP listeners, that might be
useful information.
