Where do you see that ? The sdp file has
c=IN IP4 233.64.133.14
and the ports are 57014 (video) and 57016 (audio) - and the .mov file  
is just a wrapper for the sdp file.

(Of course, if it is trying to join 233.64.133.0 that would explain a  
lot...)
