Hi,

We are sending around 30Mbps to IPv4/v6 destination.
My friend who is an APAN-JP operator can watch smooth video (full packet).

I think it seems congestion between Tein2-HK and Cernet2.
Could you check the traffic graph between them?
(sorry, I couldn't find Cernet2 and Tein2-HK/SG traffic graph.)
