Hi Mark,

Thanks for the offer.
I don't want to be a nuisance, nor the "tail that wagged the dog".
This issue is important to us, but we are a very small part of I2,  
and I am not sure how important it is to other members of the WG-RC.

Given that there are so many aspects to the issue of Multicast  
Streaming of International Channels, if the topic is to be discussed,  
I suggest we focus on specific aspects that can be covered in the  
alloted time, and are relevant to WG-RC.

Is this the most appropriate working group, SIG, or BOF, at Internet2  
to address the topic?

Also, if the subject of UCTV is brought up in a semi-public/public  
forum, I would want to ensure George Bray is comfortable with the  
agenda at hand.
