I wouldn't recommend BSR (or AutoRP) to my enemies. Static Anycast RP
gives you all the benefits of BSR/AutoRP without any of their
disadvantages. Namely, BSR/AutoRP add a whole lot of complexity and
moving parts that can break. Anycast is much simpler, converges faster,
easier to t-shoot, etc, which is why you will find the vast majority of
folks using it.
I agree with Toerless. Having more than 2 or 3 Anycast RPs in the setup
you described will not add anything. MSDP is a very ugly protocol, so the
fewer boxes you run it on the better.
