This is one reason I like our NUTV implementation.  You get the client 
when you go to the web page.  And when your done viewing, the client 
goes away.  And it means the announcment is a url.  Go to this web page 
and click watch TV.  We're thinking of migrating the CSPAN content over 
to it.

The watch TV link does not work for you all right now, but you should
be able to read about the service at 

http://www.northwestern.edu/nutv
