Aha.  That's what I was suspecting.  I suspect it may be within
NYSERNet since it connects to Abilene two places and I suspect that is
where the RPF is failing since I am being sent out to Abilene via a
more distant router.  I connect to the NYSERNet NYC router but get
routed via Buffalo since the access circuit in NYC is OC-3 while
Buffalo is OC-12....
