If you are in Hawaii, Lava.net is fully DSL multicast enabled.
Otherwise,
SpiritOne.com is fully multicast enabled for all "dial-up and DSL
connections".
Alas, when last I checked they did not have multicast connectivity to the
outside world.
SprintLink is fully multicast enabled for DSL.
If you find more, I would like to hear of it.
@home is not, and I would not expect this to change soon due to their
financial status.
