OK, I've got a "really bad" hack for you - you too can do the
wrong thing by pointing your standard clients at the following:

vic 207.75.164.85/46160 &
vat -r -C "SATURN_Virtual_Room" -f pcm 207.75.164.85/46158 &

audio is pretty good ...video is h.261

bare in mind that you're preverting the tols, and enjoy ;-)
