the vbrick client is available for download from nwu:
   http://www.nsg.nwu.edu/vbrick.html
however, that didn't work for me: the client crashed on my win95 laptop.

i've been using instead the iptv viewer, which can be gotten from
   http://videolab.uoregon.edu/download.html

i haven't tried the mash tools, which may be more like vic and vat than
the two above:
   http://www.openmash.org/users/windows.html
if you try these and they work, i'd appreciate hearing about it.
