Is there currently a problem with multicast on the Abilene backbone (perhaps
centered around the Cleveland GSR)? I ask because I just took a look at the
Access Grid beaconserver page and I note the Ohio Supercomputer Center (#11)
and we (#12) seem to be isolated from the rest of the world (at least as far
as sending).
