Has anyone succeeded in getting DNS delegated to them for their GLOP 
space?  As I read RFC 2770 and do the math, I think that my ASN 683 is 
assigned 233.2.171.0/24.

I've tried talking to ARIN and others, but haven't been able to find 
someone to point 171.2.233.in-addr.arpa. towards my name servers 
fluke.anchor.anl.gov (192.5.170.17) and mcs.anl.gov (140.221.9.6).

Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.
