At http://www-fp.mcs.anl.gov/~nickless/MBGP+PIMSM+MSDP.ppt is a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation that goes through the background of how these protocols work together and what their purposes are. It also includes some sample Cisco configuration statements that you can use as a basis.
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios120/120newft/120 t/120t7/mbgp.htm and http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios120/120newft/120 t/120t7/msdp.htm are the documentation for MBGP and MSDP from Cisco. These features first became available in the 12.0(7)T release, but I recommend using the 12.0(9)S release because it is considerably better debugged. Also, some Cisco documentation suggests PIM Sparse-Dense mode, but you really don't want your campus network flipping into PIM Dense Mode (which happens when a group doesn't have a PIM Rendezvous Point).
If you have any other questions I would be glad to help you out.
