I've spoke to a guy from jussieu and looked at there config. They have
Mcast99 configured as default-peer. So if you say that Mcast99 prefers
SA's from NL.TEN-155, then I gues that could cause a loop for SA's originated 
by jussieu... I've asked them to delete the default-peer, they also should
not need it because they run MBGP. They guy in controle of the router should
be back on monday, so I would keep the tunnel down for now.
