Do you have any statistics that would help see which direction the
majority of the traffic on the mbone99<>fmbone MSDP peering was flowing?
I think mbone99 would be flooding towards fmbone the SA's that it
got from NL, and if the check to reject SA's from itself was failing
(buggy), fmbone might forward them further around the loop.

(If IOS implemented the MSDP MIB, this information would be available
there... hint, hint, why have we deployed an unmanagable protocol?)
