This is a follow up on the NetAid message sent to you a few days ago. 
Please read on for details about down-loading the IP/TV software and 
information about the sources and speeds of the NetAid concert.

You can download a package consisting of the the IP/TV client, instructions 
and web page templates for you to use in setting up your own local download 
site in your institutions from  http://netaid.uoregon.edu

Here are the details you would need to know to view the concert 
using IP/TV on October 9th.

Speeds:  
H261 bitrate: 325 K
MPEG bitrate: 1.5 M
