Given some of the recent messages, I think it would be worthwhile
to have a session in DC.  At this point, I don't know what the agenda
is and whether there will be break-out sessions on Wed, April 28th.

If there isn't an opportunity to hold a session during the 8:30-5
"Members Meeting" I'd like to suggest holding a meeting at
5pm on 4/28.  We could adjourn before the reception and/or continue
discussions at the reception.  I don't think having a meeting on
either Tuesday late afternoon or Thursday AM is particularly
feasible.

All of this is dependent on whether I get volunteers who are willing
to present status or lead a discussion on topics brought up on
the mailing list.  If you are willing to volunteer, send me email.
