Transport protocols and bulk file transfer

Not sure if this is the right group but you may be aware of a class/course offering somewhere that focuses on transferring large data sets and I would love to hear about it.

We do not have anything like that (of which I am aware anyway) in our current box of options and unless we have more interest, it might not be economical to create such a class.  We can check with the Member Relations team to see if they have had any other requests for such a class.  I am copying our team who might know of Internet2 member individuals we could link up with George to teach such a class for him and/or we could investigate offerings by others (commercial) that we could suggest.    One of us will contact George to find out more about what he has in mind.
