All,

This is the 1st formal meeting of this group since Stas left Internet2. 
New Chairs -- Steve Senger and Chet Rusckzyk -- are going to 'test' 
Martin Swany's Phoebus because the Stas-output (VFER) didn't meet either 
VHP or e-VLBI needs.

These calls are schedule for the 3rd Thursday of the month but this one 
has been moved from last week to tomorrow.
