Review of previous action items

1 Stanislav, Steven, Lisong, and Injong to get together
offline to discuss the NeTS proposal. Work on the proposal
must happen before the next call. Stanislav will setup a
call.

2 Lisong to submit a draft description of TCP Westwood to the
group for review.

3 (continued from last call) All to look at the requirements
section of the document to ensure it captures the intent of
the group.

4 (continued from last call) Steve to include several items to
the API based on group consensus.

5 (continued from last call) Larry and Steve will start a
discussion on the list about how long a packet can remain in
the queue before flushing should occur.

6 (continued from last call) Steve to contact the authors of
the relevant SCTP RFC to see if new information is
available.

7 Larry, Steven S., and Stanislav to talk on Tuesday about the
API. Stanislav will set up the call.
