Update to my earlier comment - if you'd like to test Zfone via sip.edu, 
please send me an email so I can schedule a few minute block with you.  
In case you missed the call with Phil Zimmerman today, Zfone is a 
stand-alone encryption tool that works with most SIP softphone clients 
that we have tested within our working group activities.
