That's exactly why it *wouldn't* drain carrier revenue for outbound
calls from the cell phone. This is basically a PSTN-Skype gateway
service. The customer who uses iSkoot to place calls is still charged
per minute for airtime (or consumes minutes from a x-minutes per month
plan). Of course, iSkoot *would* drain revenue when the called party
picks up a Skype line rather than a cell phone.
