SIP in higher education

Talked to Behzad - he has SIPxchange but is abandoning it for SER.
Has a Cisco 2600 and is installing a T1 to their Siemens PBX.

He would also like to register his boss,

told him that I didn't think that would be a problem unless we ran up
against space constraints.
