Shibboleth Developers

I've had a couple people ask me, before, how to set up brand new
Eclipse projects so that they "look like" our Shib projects (i.e.,
same formatting, templating, compiler options, etc.).  Usually this is
because they're creating some code they hope to donate back to the
project but that's not always the case.

So, I went ahead and created a little write up on doing that.  You can
