I'm thinking about the usefulness (or not) of the <mdui:Logo> element
in metadata. What is the optimal size of a logo on the following
pages?

1. the login page
2. the error page
3. the discovery page
4. the consent page

Maybe there is no one-size-fits-all but if there are general
recommendations that can be made, I'd like to hear them along with a
rationale (if you have one). If you would prefer to answer the
question in terms of aspect ratios, that would be okay too.
