I'd like to welcome Tom Zeller (Univ. of Memphis) as our newest code
committer.  He's been working on plugins for OpenSAML that will produce
and consume SPML[1] messages as well as using our attribute resolver and
filter engine in unexpected ways and thus informing the design of the v3
versions of those components.

So, welcome Tom.
