There is new IdP v2.2 snapshot available[1].

Compared to the previous snapshot the only major change here is that 
when the IdP profile handler needs to authenticate a user it uses an 
HTTP redirect to send the user to the authentication engine.  Previously 
this was done via Servlet forwarding mechanism.  This is to help clean 
up some interface issues with uApprove.

In addition some bugs were squashed and I've begun writing up the 
2.[0|1] to 2.2 upgrade notes[2].

Lastly, between now and the final release of 2.2 I plan to close out 
this feature request to improve LDAP failover behavior[3].

Please test this release within the next 3 weeks.
