Alright, I think I have a template function coded that should let me turn
all of the plugins into single or multiple instances and wrap them in a
chain, so the code bloat isn't too bad. If it works ok, I'll relax the
schema and get rid of the sequencing requirements within <Application> after
the first couple of elements, just Sessions and Errors I think.

I'll pull any chains from the default file, no point in using them if
they're more confusing that way.
