I don't like defaulting entire elements that have no reason to be assumed,
and the code knows nothing about those handlers, they're plugins. I'm
considering not enabling the metadata handler anyway, because people don't
use it properly.

By Attribute*, if you mean the plugins, I won't default anything that itself
is a config file. I can't hardcode the names of those files. I could default
the query resolver, but one of the settings is not a default value but is
recommended for security.

I haven't decided on that one yet, but I might.
