I appreciate you testing but that's not a very helpful description for 
diagnosing the problem.  Try doing this:

1. Turn on debug logging for the metadata providers 
(org.opensaml.saml2.metadata)

2. Clear our your idp-process log

3. Start the IdP

4. Send me the log

That should give me the information I need to begin to research the issue.
