nullptr is not supported until gcc 4.6 which is still experimental.

I installed the last snapshot of gcc 4.6 and tried my luck again. The  
nullptr error has disappeard but other errors arose which may be gcc  
4.6 bugs.

I give up in this direction and perhaps will try to build the URL  
transform into the resolve() method temporarily.

When will release SP 2.4 be unveiled?
