You might be using out of date libraries, and the configure script should 
have refused to proceed without the latest versions of xmltooling and 
opensaml.

There might also be autoconf test issues left to work out with detecting 
support for nullptr, no immediate fix for that, sorry. All dev work I do is 
windows first, everything else late in the dev cycle.
