Will you display attribute values on the consent page?

The consent is stored per user per SP basis?

Not all users understand all attributes. If there is a way to link to a
attribute dictionary that would be useful. 

Should there be an option, consent once and never be bothered again for
life? That may be irresponsible, but deployers should have the option
perhaps.

A template should be fine. It is up to the deployers to change the
