I see, even if SWITCH did host the meta-projects a mirrored repo would
still have `svn propedit snv:externals` pointing to georgetown.edu for
the actual projects. Unless someone changed the mirrored version
(possibly again, if the rather static content ever needed changes; so
I'm not actually suggesting this) one can only change the working copy
after a checkout (which is semi-pointless, affecting only future
deltas).
