It's definitely RHEL 4: 2.6.9-67.0.4.EL x86_64

I'll have to check for out-of-date dependencies per Scott's suggestion, but I probably will just need to rebuild from SRPMs.

Are you using the RPMs on a RHEL 4.x ?

I've had a similar problem while using RPMs on another RH version.. It's
better to rebuild packages from SRPMs.
