The binaries run on the RH4 machine on which they were built. I suspect it's
not impossible for them to depend on the specific rev, but they're not
supposed to. I would guess there's a regression error in a package update if
that's not the case.

I'd check for out of date copies of any of the dependencies, and failing
that, rebuilding is probably the only fix.
