Same here, depending on the release schedule.

I have a TODO to implement a handler extension that actually just returns
skeletal metadata based on the active configuration (with all the attendant
assumptions and limitations that will include), the idea being that you'd
alias your providerId's URL to /Shibboleth.sso/Metadata or some such, so we
could start playing with dynamic metadata. Generating it in real time I
could self-sign it as well.
