It's close.....

Initially, we'll be sharing the new version with 
a small set of partners that we've worked with 
for several years. They have extensive knowledge 
of Shib, and we're expecting they'll help us find 
and resolve some of the problems that inevitably 
appear when a major new software release is made 
available. We'll move to a more open testing 
model as as soon as that seems reasonable.
