Hello All,
In the New York University Digital Library Program (DLP)
we are developing multiple web applications that require
authentication.
After reviewing the Yale Central Authentication Service (CAS)
design ( http://www.yale.edu/tp/auth/cas10.html ) we developed
a similar "Authentication Service" that leverages the Shibboleth
Single Sign-on infrastructure.
This Authentication Service allows DLP web application developers
to incorporate Shibboleth authentication without having to
"Shibbolize" their applications.
