Shibboleth Developers

First off, I'd like to thank Will for the outstanding work.  In  
addition to programming and documenting this feature, he had the  
fortitude to go back and forth with me several times before we came  
up with a design that we could both live with.  Now that there is  
code in SVN and documentation online, I'd welcome a wider review.   
This work will be wrapped into the 2.0 release, so this is the time  
to comment if you feel you have a stake in this functionality.
