Shibboleth Developers

I agree with Scott.  The document that Scott and Tom linked to was 
something I wrote many months ago and will probably be getting a pretty 
thorough work-over in coming month as we being to really nail down some 
of the technical parts of Shibboleth 2.0.

I feel like many of my notes recently have been "Given us a few more 
weeks" but.....  give us a few more weeks.  :)
