Nothing I can think off the top of my head, no. Not unless people 
manually play with it, but I can't think of a good reason for that.

I wasn't really clear on why the stuff in custom/ at the top level 
wasn't cleaned out after the build anyway, but I had the impression that 
was related to the earlier bug you mentioned.
